The CHAMPIONS SOLAR co founders are both part Native American (Curtis Hutten - Chickasaw) and (Joe Tafoya - Pueblo) and are currently creating a special program for in the form of a Tribal Energy Program.  The mission of the Native American Renewal Energy Program:

• Provide assistance in developing, implementing, and sustaining energy development projects on tribal land
• Provide full design, implementation and monitoring of the Solar Energy system
• Provide assistance in Land Survey and Assessment
  
• Provide specialized financing if needed
• Provide energy self sufficiency for each tribe
• Provide Educational Programs
• Provide skills, jobs and new careers in Solar Energy for tribal members
• Provide Public Relations and positioning as "Green Leaders"
  
• Provide trips for tribal members to China, Germany, Spain and other leading solar areas of the world
• Provide Seminars and fun and educational classes with NFL, NBA and other champions as ambassadors
